Terms:

Net 30 days. Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted.

Shipping: F.O.B. Freight Allowed on $8000 or more, zone charge may be applicable – Contact factory for more information. Otherwise freight charges prepaid and added to invoice.

Packaging: Less than standard package add 25% to unit price Handling Charge: Add $35 charge to all orders under $300
Custom Logo: $75 one time charge, $120 for “roto-molded” product

Overnight/Air Freight: $40 handling charge added

Return Policy: There is a 25% re-stock charge if items are returned within six months of shipment date.  Every month after 6 months an additional 5% will be added to the 25% charge.  This charge may be adjusted, at PenCell's discretion, if another order is entered to replace items being returned.
